(e.g., faded print, incorrect design, misalignment,), If you believe your item is defective or incorrect, please reach out to us within 7 days of receiving your order. Please provide your order number and any photos of the item, if necessary.
Lost or Damaged Items in shipping
Lost Packages: In the rare event that your order is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will initiate an investigation with the shipping carrier and work with you to resolve the issue.
Damaged Items: If you receive an item that is damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately with clear photos of the damage. We will either offer a replacement or a refund, depending on the situation.
